Other World: The Webcomic to be Released on April 27th, 2026
The comic OTHER WORLD’s original story and characters are based on OTHER WORLD: A NEW MUSICAL by JEFF BOWEN and ANN McNAMEE (Music & Lyrics) and HUNTER BELL (Book). The executive producer is Lauren Tucker of Alchemy Production Group, original concept art by Rebekah Tisch and Wētā Workshop.
One moment Sri and Lorraine are in a garage on Earth. The next, they’re unexpectedly transported into Sri’s favorite video game, Other World. In a race against the clock, this unlikely pair must work together, discover their inner strengths, and connect with gifted gamers and astonishing avatars in order to survive and find a way home.
The OTHER WORLD comic is written and penciled by Dakota Mcfadzean, inked and colored by Keny Widjaja, with color assistance and editorial consultation by Caitlin Leonard. Project management is run by managing editor, Kit Anderson, and production manager, Madi Baker. The excellent sensitivity readers include Malina Ransom, Sommer Carbuccia, and Blake Stadnik.
